Strength & Agility Training
Performance Training programming separates us from any other organization in the area. The focus of our strength & agility programming is to introduce performance training to our athletes as they also improve on the court. As an athlete gets older, body strength and movement become more and more important. Maintaining core levels of upper body strength and lower body explosion are vital to an athlete’s success.
Sessions are run by professional, certified athletic trainers HD Performance. Athletes involved in strength & agility sessions will improve their body strength, quickness, and stamina. Sessions are held per scheduling through LHBA and HD Performance.
